Meet Gauri
Growing up British-Indian in the UK, some of Gauri's strongest memories were made around generous family tables filled with colour, flavour and warmth.
Those celebrations showed her that food is never simply placed at the side of an event. It shapes how people gather, what they photograph and what they remember afterwards.
House of Chandel grew from that idea: catering should feel connected to the occasion. Bite-sized party food, sharing dishes, fruit, desserts, mocktails, brunch displays and complete meals are presented with the same care as the rest of the setting.
Indian-inspired flavours remain an important influence, particularly for Wedding Events and cultural celebrations, but they do not define every menu. British, Mediterranean and global flavours can all have a place.
Today House of Chandel caters for birthdays, baby showers, private celebrations, Wedding Events and retreats at homes and chosen venues.
